1. Eligibility :

This Giveaway is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Monarch MVP or SafetyNet Wireless, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. 2. Agreement to Rules :

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Monarch MVP as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period :

Entries will be accepted online starting on October 25, 2023 and ending on October 31, 2023. All online entries must be received by Wednesday November 1, 2023 12:00 am eastern

4. How to Enter :

The Giveaway must be entered by clicking the hyper link from the sms message or email. After clicking the hyperlink the customer will be automatically entered into the drawing and have agreed to continue their lifeline service with Monarch MVP The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Monarch MVP. You are limited to one (1) entry per contest period. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated or mechanical means, or by means which subvert the entry process or where prohibited by law, will be void.

5. Prizes :

The Winner(s) of the Giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive Visa prepaid card electronically or select a physical card to be mailed. Visa is a registered trademark and not associated with Monarch MVP. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Monarch MVP. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Monarch MVP’s discretion. Prizes 1- $500 Visa prepaid card, 2 - $250 Visa prepaid cards, 4 - $100 Visa prepaid cards, and 18 $50 Visa prepaid cards for a total of 25 prizes. Approximate retail value of all 25 prizes combined is $2300.00. The Winner(s) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and a Publicity/Liability Release in order to receive the Prize. Failure to sign and return all such requested documentation by the return date specified by Monarch MVP after notification of winning the Prize will result in forfeiture of the Prize and the subsequent selection of an alternate potential Winner. The Winner may be issued an appropriate tax form (e.g., Form 1099) in the amount of the ARV of the Prize. The potential Winner must comply with all of the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules and the issuance of the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements herein.

6. Winner Selection and Notification :

Winner will be selected by randomly by random excel feature under the supervision of Monarch MVP. Winner will be notified by email or sms within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Monarch shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices dueto spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise nonfunctioning contact information.

7. Rights Granted by You :

By entering this Giveaway, You understand and agree that Monarch MVP or SafetyNet Wireless, anyone acting on behalf of Monarch MVP or SafetyNet and licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

8. Terms & Conditions :

Monarch MVP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Monarch MVP’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability :

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Monarch MVP and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

10. Disputes :

THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF United States, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway). By participating in the Giveaway, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules & Regulations. In the event Monarch MVP is prevented from awardingprizes or continuing with the Giveaway as contemplated herein due to any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, technical failure, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or any other cause not reasonably within Monarch MVP control, then Monarch MVP shall have the sole right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway.
